The Grand Apartments

This project involves the comprehensive plumbing and heating installation for the restoration of The Grand Hotel, a historic building being transformed into 18 luxury high-specification residences. The scope of work includes the installation of boosted cold water mains, mains gas connections to each apartment, and individual boiler systems. Each apartment features underfloor heating for enhanced comfort, as well as full plumbing services for bathrooms and kitchens, including water and waste connections. Additionally, the project includes the installation of a main soil vent pipe (SVP) system throughout the building.
